Stove Top Chicken

I didn't make this one up. I think I found it in a Kraft magazine. I just decided to try it last week, and as Halle informed me -"it's not asgusting, Mom." So I thought I would post it. The stuffing turns into a nice crunchy crust after baking it, and I just used two cans of canned chicken to save myself some time.

Summer Fruit Salad

Here is our summer fruit salad taken from our friend, Rebecca, in Yuma. We brought it to the family barbeque. It is a lot of tedious preparation chopping all the fruit, but we never have leftovers.

Parmesan Chicken

This is Neal's favorite chicken recipe, and Halle doesn't usually eat chicken unless it's super tender and easy to chew. But last night, I gave her some ranch dressing to dip it in, and she gobbled it up. I wouldn't recommend the "dipp'it" with the chicken for most people though. It tastes fine without it.

Pasta and Jello Salads

Some of Neal's family came up to our house for dinner last night, and I thought I would share two of the salad recipes that I made. The Caesar pasta salad is Halle's favorite. I have to chop extra tomato and cucumber for her when I make it because she likes to munch on them while she's helping me. We had the creamy version last night.
